D-Link DXS-1210-10MP 10-Port 10G Multi-Gigabit PoE++ Smart Managed Swi

Affordable 10G capabilities. for a reliable high-speed network.Add 10-Gigabit Ethernet connectivity to your network with these cost-effective switches. Designed to work as the network core for Small to Medium Businesses (SMBs) or as an aggregation switch in a larger Enterprise.Extensive Layer 2 & Layer 3 Lite features.The DXS-1210 series includes layer 2 features such as port mirroring. Spanning Tree Protocol (STP). and Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP). They also support IP interfaces. ARP. IPv6 Neighbor Discovery (ND). default routing. IPv4/IPv6 static routing. IGMP and MLD Snooping. auto voice and surveillance VLAN. LLDP and LLDP-MED.Improved intranet performanceInter-VLAN routing [Read more...] allows traffic to be routed between VLANs without passing through the router. reducing the load on the router as well as the backbone networks.Security and QoS controls for prioritiesSecurity controls for protection of the network. and QoS ensures essential traffic reaches its destination.Seamless integration with PoE++ supportThe DXS-1210 Series comes with both RJ45 and SFP+ ports capable of connecting to Cat. 6 and fibre for 10G Ethernet. The MP models support PoE++ IEEE 802.3bt. providing 60W power and 6kV surge protection on each port. This means the DXS-1210 series can provide a flexible solution for upstream or downstream server connections. making network deployment easier.Security with every port.The innovative D-Link Safeguard Engine protects the switches against traffic flooding caused by malicious attacks and increases overall network reliability. These switches also feature Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) spoofing prevention which further protects the network from cyber attacks. They also use packet control ACLs to block invalid packets that contain fake ARP messages.The Access Control List (ACL) helps protect the internal IT network through permission-based network access.The DHCP server screen feature filters DHCP replies on unauthorised ports to prevent them from being assigned an IP address.And support for 802.1X port-based and host-based authentication allows the network to be authenticated through external RADIUS servers.QoS and Bandwidth Control for network priorities.The DXS-1210 Series supports Auto Surveillance VLAN (ASV) and Auto Voice VLAN. to make faster VoIP and video surveillance deployments.If you need surveillance or VoIP. there is no need to build a dedicated network. With the DXS-1210 Series. expediting latency-intolerant services such as surveillance and VoIP through the existing network can’t be any easier. Simply enable the Auto Surveillance VLAN & Auto Voice VLAN features. Your surveillance videos will always run smoothly and your VoIP calls will be crystal-clear from beginning to end. even during peak working hours.Auto Surveillance VLANAutomatically detects and assigns video surveillance traffic to a high-priority VLAN by creating distinct broadcast domains to guarantee that quality real-time video is transferred.Auto Voice VLANEnhances the VoIP service by automatically placing voice traffic from IP phones to a designated VLAN. With a prioritised and segmented VLAN. this feature guarantees quality and security of VoIP traffic.As a result. the voice and video packets take precedence over other packets. And with bandwidth control. more bandwidth can be reserved for important functions.Energy efficient. without sacrifices.With D-Link Green technology included. this series saves power without any loss of operational performance or functionality.Auto-adjusting fans with heat sensorsBuilt-in smart fans with internal heat sensors monitor and detect temperature changes and react by utilising different fan speeds to keep systems at optimal temperature.Sleep modeLink status drastically reduces power consumption by automatically putting ports without a link into sleep mode.Advanced ChipsetUtilises silicon technology to make energy use more efficient.
